Order Processing Times

Your order will be shipped out within 1 to 2 weeks, although most orders are processed sooner. You will be notified, along with a tracking number, once your order is dispatched. If there are any delays due to a high volume of orders, we will promptly inform you.

 

Delivery

• We use UPS, Canada Post, and Purolator for shipping within Canada & to the US.
• We use the most economical shipping methods for shipping to other overseas countries. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any tax, customs, duty or import fees due on their orders unless otherwise noted.

 

International Orders

International shipments will be subject to your country's customs fees. We do not hold responsibility for any such fees incurred. Tracking information will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order.

All of our dispatched orders are tracked. An email will be sent to you with the tracking number once the dispatch takes place.
