Choosing the right collar size

Each collar we create is customized to your dog's specific measurements, using a straightforward numerical chart to ensure a perfect fit every time. If you're unsure about how to choose the right size, feel free to contact us for guidance.

For example, if your dog's neck measures 14 inches (35.5 cm), you would select a size S from our chart, which corresponds to the correct size.

Ensuring a well-fitting collar for your dog is a breeze with these easy steps:

Measure using an existing collar:

Step 1. Select a collar that already fits your dog comfortably.

Step 2. Place the collar on a flat surface.

Step 3. Measure from the material fold at the buckle post to the hole where your pet wears the collar (excluding the buckle's end).

Measure using a measuring tape:

Find a plastic measuring tape.

Step 1. Gently wrap the tape around your dog's neck, at the spot where a collar would normally sit. Be sure not to pull too tightly; you should aim for a snug fit that allows for a bit of movement, much like a comfortable collar.

Step 2. Make sure it is tight enough to be accurate but loose enough to fit two fingers comfortably between the tape and your dog’s neck.

Step 3. Once positioned correctly, read the measurement where the tape overlaps.

Step 4. This measurement is your dog's neck size.

Measure using a piece of string:

Find a piece of string. Ensure it's not stretchy to maintain accuracy.

Step 1. Gently wrap the string around your dog's neck, at the spot where a collar would normally sit. Be sure not to pull too tightly; you should aim for a snug fit that allows for a bit of movement, much like a comfortable collar.

Step 2. Once you have the string positioned correctly, mark the point on the string where it meets its end with your fingers or a pen.

Step 3. Lay the string flat and measure the distance from the end of the string to the mark you made. This measurement is your dog's neck size.
