Here at The Ostrich™, we take pride in the craftmanship and quality of our handmade products. We have sourced all of our materials and hardware with durability in mind. That being said, there may be rare instances in which hardware needs to be repaired or replaced. As such, we are proud to offer a 1-year warranty on all of our handmade products.

Our warranty covers any issues with hardware and issues that arise from the assembly process. Examples of what would be covered include:
• Buckle breaks or stops working
• Rivets, D-rings, or O-rings break
• Scissor snap breaks or stops working

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by your pet, misuse, or everyday wear and tear. Examples of what would not be covered:
• Damage caused by chewing, clawing, scratching, biting, etc.
• Natural changes in colour or texture due to the aging of material or exposure to elements, including sunlight, water, natural oils released from your dog's fur.
• Oxidization of brass hardware, and any tarnish marks this may leave against the BioThane®.
• Wearing-off of chrome-plated and black finished hardware.
• Fading or wear of the print on printed BioThane® products.
• Damage caused by improper use of the gear.
